Services Provided:

Tri County Air Service agrees to provide HVAC services as agreed upon in the written estimate or proposal provided to the client. This may include installation, maintenance, repair, and other related services.

Estimates and Invoices:

All estimates provided by Tri County Air Service are valid for the specified time period and are subject to change if the scope of work is altered. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the services, and payment is due within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Payment Terms:

Clients are required to make payments in the amount and manner specified in the invoice. Tri County Air Service reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Warranty:

Tri County Air Service provides a warranty for services rendered. The terms of the warranty will be outlined in the proposal or estimate. Any issues covered by the warranty will be addressed promptly by Tri County Air Service at no additional cost to the client.

Liability:

Tri County Air Service is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client's failure to properly maintain or use HVAC systems. Tri County Air Service is also not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or other events beyond our control.

Insurance:

Tri County Air Service carries appropriate insurance coverage for its operations. However, clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for their property.

Compliance with Laws:

Tri County Air Service agrees to perform all services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the services.

Confidentiality:

Any information shared between Tri County Air Service and the client, including but not limited to project details and personal information, will be treated with confidentiality.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Stone County, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Modification of Terms:

Tri County Air Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.

By engaging in services with Tri County Air Service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Agreement:

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined by Tri County Air Service. I understand that these terms govern the provision of HVAC services by Tri County Air Service and outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

By engaging in services with Tri County Air Service, I agree to comply with the terms and conditions as specified in the document. I understand that failure to adhere to these

terms may result in additional fees, cancellation charges, or other consequences outlined in the agreement.

I acknowledge the importance of providing accurate and up-to-date information to Tri County Air Service and agree to communicate any changes or concerns promptly.

I further understand that Tri County Air Service may modify these terms and conditions, and I agree that continued use of their services implies acceptance of any such modifications.
