Tri County Air Service agrees to provide HVAC services as agreed upon in the written estimate or proposal provided to the client. This may include installation, maintenance, repair, and other related services.
All estimates provided by Tri County Air Service are valid for the specified time period and are subject to change if the scope of work is altered. Invoices will be issued upon completion of the services, and payment is due within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Clients are required to make payments in the amount and manner specified in the invoice. Tri County Air Service reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Tri County Air Service provides a warranty for services rendered. The terms of the warranty will be outlined in the proposal or estimate. Any issues covered by the warranty will be addressed promptly by Tri County Air Service at no additional cost to the client.
Tri County Air Service is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client's failure to properly maintain or use HVAC systems. Tri County Air Service is also not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or other events beyond our control.
Tri County Air Service carries appropriate insurance coverage for its operations. However, clients are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for their property.
Tri County Air Service agrees to perform all services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required for the services.
Any information shared between Tri County Air Service and the client, including but not limited to project details and personal information, will be treated with confidentiality.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Stone County, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
Tri County Air Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
By engaging in services with Tri County Air Service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
